Today is the last chance to sign up for this exciting event taking place on October 21 at Alconbury Sports and Social Club.

Now in its second year, the BRJ Laragh Duathlon is a cross-country challenge through Cambridgeshire.

Suitable for both novice and experienced athletes, it is set across two duathlon distances – a Sprint 5K run, 20K bike, 2.5K run – and a Standard 10K run, 40K bike, 5K run.

As lead sponsors of the event, Laragh Homes will be providing medals for all finishers, and the first 100 to sign-in on Sunday morning will also receive a 2018 memento buff.
