UNICORN CHOP SUEY: The Unicorn public house, in Carlisle Terrace, St Ives, is set to become a take-away restaurant. The inn, which was known as The Greyhound until it re-opened with its present name in 2003, was sold by Enterprise Inns plc to restaurateur Perry Yung. The sale price has not been disclosed.
John Grace, of Christie and Company's Ipswich office, who negotiated the sale, said: "Mr Yung has over 20 years experience within the catering trade and owns a restaurant in Peterborough". CONTACT: John Grace at Christie's on 01473 256588.
