Police search for a man and a woman after a 16-year-old is assaulted in St Neots
A 16-year-old St Neots girl was assaulted by a woman who had been looking through a skip.
Cambridgeshire police said the teenager suffered minor injuries following the incident which took place at 8pm last night (Sunday).
The girl had been walking along Priory Lane with two friends. As they approached the area behind Nationwide Building Society, they saw a man and a woman looking through a skip.
Officers said that words were exchanged before the woman approached the victim and assaulted her, pulling her to the ground. The man pulled the woman away and both left in a green Range Rover.

The woman is white and described as 5ft 2in tall, in her early 40s, of large build, with brown hair and was wearing a pink and white top.
The man is white, 5ft 8in, in his mid 40s, bald, of large build and was wearing a blue and white checked shirt.
