THERE has been an excellent turnout of 71 per cent in North East Cambridgeshire.
This is a staggering increase of 12 per cent.
Independent candidate Debra Jordan was impressed by the rise but added she hoped the turnout increased in her town, Littleport. At the last election only 23per cent turned out in Littleport.
The turnout in North Norfolk is estimated to be 78 per cent.
