A NOVEL idea of keeping youngsters amused during the summer holidays has arrived in a St Neots village in the form of a youth club on wheels. Little Paxton Parish Council has arranged for the Connections Bus to visit the village on another three occasions
A NOVEL idea of keeping youngsters amused during the summer holidays has arrived in a St Neots village in the form of a youth club on wheels.
Little Paxton Parish Council has arranged for the Connections Bus to visit the village on another three occasions during the school holidays.
Facilities onboard include four computers with internet access, PlayStation 2, Xbox, DVD players, karaoke, a snack shop, sports equipment and crafts.
The bus is being paid for by the parish council at a cost of £117 per visit and is manned by trained youth workers. Entry to the bus is free and it will be outside Little Paxton Village Hall on August 2, 9 and 16.
