A MAN received minor injuries after being shot with what is believed to be an air rifle as he worked at an industrial estate in St Neots.
The incident happened on Monday June 25 at about 2pm at the building site close to Bushmead School, Bushmead Lane, Eaton Socon.
Two men working on scaffolding at the site felt several shots from what is believed was an air rifle.
A 19-year-old man from Chelmsford suffered minor injuries.
Pc Jim Howard, who is investigating, said: "I would appeal to anyone who has any information relating to this incident.
"Were you in the Bushmead Lane area on Monday afternoon? Did you see anyone hanging around acting suspiciously?"
