A WOMAN is in hospital with serious injuries after she fell from a horse.
Doctors and paramedics from the medical emergency team Magpas were flown by helicopter from RAF Wyton to Caxton to help the female casualty.
The woman in her 50s had fallen from her horse in Caxton at 9am on Saturday (October 17). Medics gave the woman pain relief and a pelvic splint and flew her to Addenbrooke's Hospital in Cambridge.
Her condition was described as serious but not life-threatening.
