A YOUNG woman from Ramsey Forty Foot died on Monday night after her car left the A1 near to St Neots and collided with trees.
The 25-year-old, who has not yet been named by police, was driving a Peugeot 306 and was the only person in the car.
Pc John Blood, from the road policing unit, said: "I am appealing for anyone who witnessed this crash to call police so that we can try and build up a picture of the incident.
"Any information no matter how small could help with our investigation."
