BOOKS ARE GREAT: Children at Little Acorns Pre-school in St Neots celebrated World Book Day by dressing up as their favourite book characters including Peter Pan, Cinderella and Snow White. Sandra Coote, supervisor at the pre-school said: "This is the first year we have taken part in World Book Day and it was a huge success.
"All the children now have their own favourite book and they have benefited so much from the whole experience and have learnt that reading is fun."
