A DOWN-on-his-luck street trader gets thrust into the dangerous but big money world of bare-knuckle fighting in this fast-paced testosterone-fuelled fight-fest.
Shawn MacArthur (Channing Tatum) travels to New York in a bid to make something of his life, but ends up selling counterfeit goods on the streets.
When Shawn gets into a fight with a thief, he is spotted by Harvey Boarden (Terrence Howard) who encourages him to use his flair for fighting to make money.
Before long, Shawn is plunged into the brutal world of street-fighting where the only rule is if you don't win, you don't get paid.

But the stakes are raised when a powerful syndicate want to pit Shawn against one of their own in a fight where the winner will get half a million dollars.
