THE Priory Belle (Letters, June 13) has been enjoyed by many people for about 15 years. Over the last four years, I've had the privilege and pleasure of assisting in her operation. I can say with confidence that the boat carried out the weekend trips always with the passengers' safety first.
I agree with Pete Messenger's comments with regard to providing a more ambitious service, thus putting some of the windfall to good use.
