CHARLIE Beaumont, who died on September 23 as result of a motorcycle accident (The Hunts Post, September 26), was a neighbour of mine. He had a uniquely sunny personality and we are deeply shocked by this completely unexpected tragedy.
His son is a friend of my son, and we, like many others, feel for Jayne, his widow, and Joshua at this time.
Charlie touched many people with his radiant personality, and my last memory of him was shortly before he died, looking so happy. He was almost infectious with it. Everyone will miss him.
