ROLL UP: Children at Thongsley School in Huntingdon were taught how to spin plates and juggle when Splats circus skills workshop rolled into town on Friday (May 1).
The pupils were also taught how to balance peacock feathers on various parts of their bodies and walk on stilts all with the aim of improving their coordination, balance and confidence.
Teacher Mel Szymanski, who organised the event, said: "The day started with a demonstration by Splats to the whole school, which included juggling on a unicycle.
"The children then had their turn to try plate-spinning and balancing tricks. They loved the experience and thought it was a fun way to get exercise.
