RESIDENTS angered by the green bin tax could submit a question to, I’d suggest, Councillor Jason Ablewhite, through the council’s democratic services section no later than seven days before the next HDC full council meeting on June 26.
Apparently, not many people use this device for drawing attention to issues which concern them. The process is described in an HDC booklet available online as ’Your right to speak’.
