Balloon pilots across Britain are returning to Pidley for the Grand Prix competition at Lakeside Lodge.
They will test their competitive flying skills and try to earn a place in the British team at the World Hot Air Balloon Championships in Austria next year.
With only one place in the British team left to fight for, the competition is expected to be exciting. Pilots will be asked to perform a range of tasks to show that they can fly accurately to targets and to showcase their skills against a backdrop of sunrises and sunsets - if the weather plays its part.
INFORMATION: Flights will be (roughly) at 6.45am and 5.30pm on Saturday and 6.45am on Sunday. The will be no public facilities on site and no other attractions.
