Isn't it up to the town council to decide what facility we can get for his million. Before, during and after the May elections, the Lib-Dems promised us a cinema with the million and now say it will cost £5 to 6 million. Why didn't they say that before May? Now they are saying they can't give us one because it costs too much. I do think that the town council should get some backbone and tell Mr Rowley to put up the million or shut up and take it back.
It takes a Conservative councillor like Mr Chapman to step in and get the town council out of trouble.
