A FATAL crash on the A14 was causing traffic congestion across parts of Cambridgeshire on Thursday morning (August 14).
A car is believed to have crashed into a lorry while driving the wrong way on the westbound carriageway of the A14 at just after 6am.
Cambridgeshire police said the crash happened at the Histon junction with B1049.
The road was closed while police, firefighters and paramedics were in attendance.
Diversions were in place and motorists were advised to avoid the area.
No details have been released about the deceased.
