THE people of St Neots will can dive in and try out the revamped facilities at the town's swimming pool which reopened this week.
The pool has had £500,000 of improvements including new changing rooms and showers, reception area, and roof.
The work was needed after a survey of the roof discovered that it would need replacing to ensure no further leaks developed.
Huntingdonshire District Council and Cambridgeshire County Council, who funded the work, took the opportunity to give the facilities a revamp.
Councillor Doug Drew, portfolio holder for leisure centres, said: "Our investment in St Neots pool reflects our continuing support for the leisure centres in the district."
