FIVE groups took part in the event at Hemingford Pavilion on June 23 organised by Revel a youth drop-in centre at the Parish Centre in Hemingford Grey.
Winners were The Riots who won £150 donated by estate agents, Ellis Winters and a recording session with Sound Recording Technology. Two of the bands in the contest have been invited to play at The Golden Lion, St Ives.
