I WOULD like to thank the fantastic team of ambulance crew, and especially the paramedic Colin, after I had to call 999 on Sunday June 8.
Colin was first on the scene. He took control with no panic or drama, like on television, but with superb skill and a totally professional handling of a serious situation.
With the arrival of the ambulance crew, whose names I cannot remember for which I apologise, they all worked as a team. Without these amazing people I would not be here today.
While whining footballers and politicians at all levels are awarding themselves undeserved benefits, these people provide a service that seems to be taken for granted and undervalued by the powers that be.
I will never forget Colin and the ambulance crew. Thank you does not seem to be enough.
