SUPERMAN met children at all five Huntingdonshire District Council leisure centres for a Big Day Out on Sunday. There was free sport and fun at the leisure centres in St Ives, Huntingdon, St Neots, Ramsey and Sawtry for all the family.

The programme included swimming, fitness class tasters, giant inflatable games, football, badminton, short tennis, table tennis, squash, martial arts, trampolining and roller skating.

Children were entertained by performing magicians, bouncy castles, face painting and colouring competitions with family swimming pass prizes.

The activities included athletics, tennis, squash, dodgeball, archery, darts and a tug of war.
