A HAUL of jewellery including three engagement rings was stolen from a house in St Ives.
The burglary took place on Monday (July 27) between 12.15pm and 1.30pm in Houghton Road.
Intruders broke in through a conservatory door before searching the premises and making off with three diamond engagement rings, a gold sovereign, a number of gold chains, one bearing a gold cross, a pearl necklace and a digital camera.
It is not known how much the engagement rings are worth but they are of great sentimental value to the victim who is in her 70s.
