A BIG congratulations to St Ives-based band Restrainin' Order, who have won this year's St Ives Battle of the Bands competition. The four-piece punk band, who formed last summer, won the top prize of £800 by beating off stiff competition from Ulterior Motive, Park Bench Reunion, The Jabelles Movement and Redbeat.
