BUDDING David Hasselhoffs and Pamela Andersons are being encouraged to sign up for a lifeguard training course at St Neots Leisure Centre in the new year.
The course to obtain a National Pool Lifeguard Qualification (NPLQ) will run on Sunday and Monday evenings for eight or nine weeks. The first session will be on January 14.
To be eligible for the course, you will need to be able to swim 100 metres on your front and back, and swim 50 metres in less than 60 seconds.
All course text books, lifeguard manuals and the exam fee are included in the course cost of £199.

Places are limited but there may be an opportunity to apply for employment at St Neots Leisure Centre upon successful completion of the course.
