@CAMBRIDGE CORN EXCHANGE, OCTOBER 4 NEXT month, cult American band Sparks visit Cambridge for the first time in three decades. Famed for their elaborate lyrics, operatic staccato vocals and ambitious music, brothers Ron and Russell Mael will bring their songs and spectacular show to Cambridge Corn Exchange on October 4. This year, Sparks released the critically acclaimed album Hello Young Lovers and have just released the album's first track, Dick Around as part of a a double-A side single with Waterproof. The LA pair are hardly short of hyperbolic praise to quote on posters, but both Richard Paul and I are in agreement that Dick Around is a pop masterpiece. It's rather daft too - which only makes it even more likeable. Almost Famous will be bringing you a gig review and hopefully an interview from the upcoming Cambridge date. We also have a copy of the new Sparks album up for grabs to whet the appetite of one lucky competition winner. Simply email the answer to this question to email@example.com What is the name of the new Sparks album? INFORMATION: Tickets to the show cost \u00A325, available from the Corn Exchange box office on 01223 357851.
