THE busway is fine. No more impatient lorry drivers intimidating you in your rear view mirror. No more crawling along the A14.
However, an improvement in the busway service could be made if passengers knew where they were and the next stop announced by a recorded message. Not a problem for regular travellers but the visitor/tourist who wants to leave the bus at an intermediate stop needs to know which stop is next before pressing the bell.
