A service to remember loved ones who have passed away in the Critical Care Unit at Hinchingbrooke Hospital is being held on February 17.

The event called Time to Remember will take place in the hospital’s chapel at 2pm.

Organised by critical care staff and hospital chaplaincy team, the service is an opportunity for relatives and friends to enjoy fond memories of their loved ones in the place where they spent their final days.

The service is open to families whose loved ones have died in the unit and those who have attended the service in past years. Visitors will be presented with a small plant, provided by Frosts Garden Centre, in Brampton. There will also be refreshments, including tea and coffee and cakes and biscuits, provided by Tesco, in St Neots. Remembrance name cards will also be hung on a special remembrance tree in the chapel.

Those wishing to come along to the event are asked to confirm their attendance by calling: 01480 847474.
