A SECOND Argos store will open in Huntingdon in the new year when the retailer moves into premises in Stukeley Road.
The new store will be in part of the building currently occupied by Homebase in Stukeley Road. Both companies are part of the Home Retail Group.
Homebase is downsizing its store with Argos taking over the available space.
A spokesman for Argos told The Hunts Post: "Argos is not re-siting the existing store in Huntingdon, but will be opening a second store."
The company has not fixed a date for the store to start trading, but expects to open in February of next year.
