Rivals show they’re good sports

A SUMMER sports day for adults with learning disabilities will take place in St Neots on June 16, when participants will be able to take part in up to six events.
The day will see people from Bargroves Day Centre, in St Neots, take on their rivals from St Michael's, in Huntingdon.
Events will include basketball, rounders, football, a relay assault course, volleyball and skittles, and will take place at the Bargroves site in Cromwell Road from 10am-3pm.
Participants are already in training for the event, which is being organised by Darryl De Souza, a physiotherapist with the Learning Disability Partnership, based in Primrose Lane.

The day will also feature a barbecue, raffle, awards, and stalls offering professional advice.
