Brenda Parcell, activities organiser at BUPA's Manor House, said: "With our walk taking place during the World Cup we thought it would be a good idea for everyone to dress up in their country's colours. We hope everyone has an enjoyable day."

Residents of the nursing home and their friends will take part in the walk which will see England, South Africa, India, the Philippines and Poland represented.

After the walk participants will be able to enjoy a picnic in the home's gardens as well as stalls and competitions.
