A CHART topping rapper who has worked with artists including N-Dubz and Tinchy Stryder is to perform at The Music Box in St Ives.

Hailing from Dagenham, the artist known as McLean fought his way up through the UK urban scene working with acts including Chase & Status and Ironik.

His debut single My Name went to number 10 in the UK charts when it was released by Asylum Records on March 8.

Described as a modern day Marvin Gaye, Mclean has been tipped as an artist to watch this year. He is the brother of Peterborough United's star striker, Aaron McLean.

McLean is to perform live at the Music Box in St Ives on Saturday, April 3 from 9.30pm.
