KNIVES, forks and spoons, made of out paper, clay and plasticine and some battery operated are on display at an international conference.
The unusual cutlery has been made by children at Kimbolton Preparatory School, pictured, and will be on display in Birmingham.
Their designs will be shown at a conference of the International Centre for Research in Primary Technology (CRIPT).
Professor Clare Benson, director of the CRIPT, said she was "impressed by the innovative design ideas that this group put forward."
Fiona Williams, their teacher, said: "I was delighted with their wide range of ideas.
