HUNTINGDON Town is expecting a Premiership football club to open its new clubhouse at Jubilee Park this summer.
The 1.1million development of six changing rooms and The Hunts Post bar should be finished by July.
The club also hopes to expand further and build a 100-seat stand for spectators with the aim of this being built by early next season.
Huntingdon Town chairman Hans Reif said: "It's all going really well, we have the walls up and the roof should be on within the next fortnight.
"It's all starting to take shape and should all be ready for next season."
However, he was staying tight-lipped about the identity of the Premiership team.
Funding for the scheme was raised mostly through the Football Association which gave 1million, with the club raising the remaining 100,000.
The facilities will be shared with the Huntingdon Rowdies colts teams.
