I TRAVELLED on the 2.18pm bus from Huntingdon bus station to Warboys, the number 30 to Ramsey, on October 8.
When I got to my stop, I asked the driver to give me a hand to get off the bus with my trolley. He refused, so I had to get off backwards. I am 78 and a pensioner.
Don't bus drivers help passengers any more? I think it is disgraceful, as I also have emphysema. And it is not the first time he has refused. I think something should be done about it.
