A GARDEN centre has teamed up with the Woodland Trust to encourage people to make a New Year's resolution to recycle in 2007.
Special recycling bins will be put in store at Huntingdon Garden and Leisure in Wyton for greeting cards once the festive season is over.
The recycling drive aims to help the environment by reducing the amount of waste going to landfill.
The organisation wants to recycle some 90million cards this festive season and is urging people in Huntingdonshire to do their bit by visiting the store between January 2 and 31.
Cards left at the store will be taken to paper mills where they are recycled into brand new paper products. Money raised through the scheme helps the Woodland Trust to save existing, and create new, woodland.
