Cambridgeshire's Chief Constable's Julie Spence, right, received her OBE from The Queen last week and attributed her honour to her colleagues. Mrs Spence, a former teacher who was made an Officer of the Order of the British Empire in The Queen's Birthday Honours in June, said after her investiture at Buckingham Palace on Thursday: "It is a tremendous honour to receive this OBE. I would like to thank the many people I have worked with in my policing career, who in many ways have contributed to and share this award."
