ONE person was taken to hospital after a four vehicle crash on the A428 between Eltisley and Caxton Gibbet.
The collision took place just before 9am on Tuesday (April 21) and blocked the eastbound carriageway.
A police spokesman said there had been some injuries but they were not thought to be serious. She added that one person had been taken to Hinchingbrooke Hospital in Huntingdon.
The road was blocked until 10.45am and motorists were told to avoid the area.
