Shailesh Vara, MP for North West Cambridgeshire, proudly showed neighbouring MPs around the Great Fen Project, which aims to restore more than 3,000 hectares of habitat between Huntingdon and Peterborough. The project aims to deliver a better environment for wildlife, increase tourism, and lead to more jobs, says Mr Vara, a member of the project's campaign executive group. He added: "The Great Fen Project is one of the most important conservation projects in Europe."
