WHILE I agree with most of what George Wilkie wrote in The Hunts Post (August 22) regarding the closure of day centres across the county, I am outraged at his suggestion that people with a learning disability suffer . My sons have suffered from measles,
WHILE I agree with most of what George Wilkie wrote in The Hunts Post (August 22) regarding the closure of day centres across the county, I am outraged at his suggestion that people with a learning disability "suffer".
My sons have suffered from measles, mumps, chicken pox, cuts, bruises, headaches, etc and although my younger son has Down's Syndrome, he has never suffered from the condition and never will.
