Oxmoor residents demonstrated their environmental credentials in a community planting day at the area's new Coneygear Park. Adults and children joined rangers from Huntingdonshire District Council to plant native trees and shrubs.
Among them (pictured) were Saskia, Lewis and Shannon, pupils at Huntingdon Junior School. Park ranger Brian Gardner said: "We needed lots of help with planting copse and hedgerows on this new development. " The park is being developed by HDC and Huntingdon Town Council.
