IT makes me so angry that the council are just going to abandon permit parking.
Residents are interested in the scheme, but what good is a parking scheme if we are not going to be able to park near our houses?
Am I to believe that during the day shoppers and workers are still going to be there?
We have been sent a letter that tells us that residents' parking will only be enforced from 8am-6pm.
Can you please tell me if I have the right to park near our houses during the hours that we work. What good is that?
Also, the granting of a permit will not guarantee a parking space.
Well, I am not going to pay for something that means that when I get home from work I will not be able to park near my home. So where am I meant to park?
