A NEW social group for dads has been set up in St Ives for young children and their fathers.
Where Dads Dare is designed to be informal and friendly and allow the children and their parents to socialise and share information and experiences.
There is no set agenda for meetings yet and the group is open to ideas about how the dads would like to spend the time during the session.
For example, there is the possibility of inviting speakers to attend the sessions to advise on first aid for babies and children, and any other topics that will be of benefit to children and their dads.
INFORMATION: The group meets between 11am and noon on Mondays at the St Ives Clinic, Ramsey Road, St Ives. Contact Chris Wallis on wheredadsdare@aol.com or 01480 461905.
