A NEW Air Training Corps and Army Cadet Centre in St Neots has been officially opened.
The Lord Lieutenant of Cambridgeshire, Hugh Duberley CBE, took the salute from the cadets as they paraded before their proud families and friends at the centre next to St Neots Rugby Club. The building was constructed last year at a cost of £319,000 and replaces the previous Priory Lane accommodation.
It provides full lecture facilities, a canteen, and offices for cadets and instructors from St Neots and surrounding areas.
