A GENEROUS Huntingdon man leapt to the aid of a little girl who was featured in The Hunts Post two weeks ago after her trampoline was stolen.
The man, who said he'd like to be known only as Ray, gave a 12ft trampoline to Natalie Shelton after her own trampoline was stolen from her garden in Falstaff Way.
Ray said: "I wanted the trampoline to go to a good home and when I saw the article in The Hunts Post with the little girls looking so sad, I wanted to help.
"I purchased the trampoline for my daughter but she has grown out of it and doesn't use it any more."
Natalie's mum, Katrinia Shelton, said: "Natalie is absolutely delighted. It really made her day when she found out she was getting another trampoline.
"She was so upset when her one was stolen and it's nice to see her smiling again. She would bounce on her new trampoline all day if I let her. I am so grateful to Ray and The Hunts Post for making my little girl happy again."
