EVEN more fantastic acts have been confirmed for this year's Secret Garden Party including The Holloways and Rodrigo Y Gabriella.
The four-day music event, which last year won a best small festival award, is taking place from July 23-26 at Abbots Ripton in the grounds of the home of Lord de Ramsey.
Latest acts to be announced are Vv Brown, Those Dancing Days, Detroit Social Club, Chairlift, Baxter Dury, Backstage Sluts, Au Revoir Simone, THE D0, The Holloways, Pocketknife and Cousin Cole Hafdis Huld, Men Among Animals, King Canibal and One Little Plane.
These will be joined by already announced acts including Jarvis Cocker, Emiliana Torrini, Toots and the Maytals, Phoenix, EMF, Eddy Temple Morris, Fight Like Apes and many more (for a full line-up visit www.secretgardenparty.com/2009)
Organisers say this year's festival offers unprecedented escape from the daily drudge of normality, the state of 2009's Britain, and invites visitors into the world of Babylon and Eden.
Besides the great music line-up, there will be action camps, art installations, boudoirs and many other delights.
INFORMATION: Tickets are �137 plus booking fee. That includes camping and parking. Campervans however will be charged an additional �45. Teen tickets for 13-17 year olds are �110 plus booking fee, and under 13's get in for free. www.secretgardenparty.com/2009
