I HAVE recently become concerned by the number of plots of land for sale on the A1123 between Huntingdon Garden & Leisure and the Huntingdon roundabout.
What concerns me is what would be done to improve the A1123, which is already near-impassable during peak times. I presume these are all development sites so, combined with planned housing on the Houghton Hill, all the extra traffic is only going to worsen the problem.
As it stands, what should be a short journey for me and many others is prolonged considerably by through traffic - and the threat of further development in this already crowded area must be a cause for concern.
