THE BODY of an Eynesbury woman who went missing from her home last Wednesday (February 28) has been found in the River Great Ouse in St Neots.
Police and Spartan Rescue teams were called at 9.15am on Saturday after reports of the discovery of a woman's body near to the Ouse Valley River Club.
The body has been formally identified as missing 67-year-old Elise Denwood, known as Elsa, who was reported missing by her neighbour.
Elsa was white, around 5ft 1in tall, slim with grey shoulder length hair and was wearing a red top and black trousers.
Police are not treating her death as suspicious.
