TWO men have been injured during an assault close to a late-night take-away in Huntingdon on Saturday June 23.
The incident happened at about 2.30am in All Saints Passage, close to Southern Fried Chicken. A 23-year-old man from the Huntingdon area and a 26-year-old man from Godmanchester were walking along the passageway with friends when an altercation occurred between them and a group of men.
Two of the men assaulted the two friends causing them minor injuries.
The first man is described as white, a large build, with fair hair and wearing a black and white striped jumper. The second man is described as white and a slim build, wearing a long sleeved blue jumper.
PC Rachel Chandler, who is investigating, said: "I would appeal to anyone who was in the passageway during the early hours of Saturday.
"Did you see anyone hanging around the area acting suspiciously?
