STAFF at Wyboston Lakes were awash with pink when they took part in fundraising for this year's Breast Cancer Awareness month. Receptionist Melanie Naylor, a veteran of fundraising activities, persuaded her colleagues to think pink, resulting in many arriving at work in pink shirts, T-shirts and ties. The sale of pink ribbons, balloons and pink buns, especially made by Wyboston Lakes' inhouse baker Gordon Byatt, helped swell the coffers, and at the end of a long the team has raised £260. Linx Printing Technologies of St Ives also took part in the Breast Cancer Campaign and raised more than £130. Staff wore their pink garments, paying £2 into the fundraising pot. Linx raised £139.42 towards continued research into the cure for breast cancer.
