A 20-YEAR-OLD Huntingdon man had his mobile phone stolen as he walked home from a pub. Police are appealing for witnesses to the robbery, which happened at about 9.05pm on Tuesday, December 20, after he left the Longbow Pub. He was walking along a footpath leading into Norfolk Road when two men approached him, one of whom asked for his mobile phone. He was struck on the side of the head by one of the men while the other grabbed the phone. The robbers fled over a nearby bridge towards Nene Road. The first man is described as 18 to 20, white, 5ft 1in tall, and was wearing a black woolly hat, dark hooded top, blue jeans and white trainers. The second was wearing jeans and dark trainers. Detective Constable Gary Tinnion, from Huntingdon CID, said: "I am appealing for anyone who has any information whatsoever about this crime to come forward".
